  • Unfair labor practice hearings and other NLRB and PERB administrative hearing procedures
  • Defending employers in all areas of employment-related litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination suits (both civil actions and administrative claims before state and federal agencies), CAL-OSHA and Federal OSHA administrative hearings and State Labor Board hearings
  • Providing counseling and workshops that contribute to good employment practices and decrease employment-related claims and losses in areas that include discrimination under California and Federal guidelines, drug testing, sexual harassment, rights of the physically and mentally challenged and other similar areas
