Karen St. Onge
KAREN ST. ONGE received her Juris Doctor from San Francisco University School of Law in 2006 and is admitted to practice before all California courts. Ms. St. Onge graduated with honors from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelors of Arts.
Ms. St. Onge enjoys a varied practice defending individuals, corporate entities and educational institutions in actions ranging from personal injury claims to complex tort actions, including, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, habitability, unfair business practices, discrimination, wage and hour claims, harassment, inherently dangerous activities, contract disputes, trucking accidents and asbestos defense. Ms. St. Onge also has represented homeowner associations in construction defect litigation as well as compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act. Ms. St. Onge successfully obtained summary judgment for a client which was affirmed by the appellate court.
Ms. St. Onge approaches litigation with an eye toward efficiency embracing knowledge management and technology to reduce costs to the client.
